With the acceptance of this offer, the following conditions apply

1. A total of 20 portrait photos will be produced as JPEGs, within a 90-minute photo session (or 10 photos within a 60-minute photo session). In the selection of the photographs there will be at least 5 different backgrounds on which you will be seen in different situations and outfits (depending on how many outfits you bring and want to wear). The portrait photos are mainly half and full body shots (just as you wish).

2. To make a booking, the full amount is required upfront.

3. Sophia Isabella is entitled to have the service performed by qualified employees. It is agreed that the contractual relationship is established exclusively between you and Sophia Isabella. With regard to the above-mentioned photo session, the date and location of a photo session shall be agreed upon ahead of time.

4. We grant you exclusive right of use of the photographs.

5. If a photo session should not take place for reasons for which we are responsible, you can choose to reschedule or have your deposit back. In the event that a previously agreed appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice for reasons for which you are responsible, an additional cancellation fee of 30.00 Euros shall be agreed. If the weather is too bad for the photo shoot to take place outside, a new appointment will be scheduled at no extra cost.

6. Unless you expressly request otherwise, Sophia Isabella is entitled to use the photos taken for its promotional purposes (e.g. on the website or on social media) without restriction, i.e. to distribute them and make them publicly available.

Mit der Annahme dieses Angebots gelten die folgenden Bedingungen

1. Innerhalb einer 90 minütigen Fotosession werden insgesamt 20 Porträtfotos als JPEGs erstellt (oder 10 Fotos in einer 60 minütigen Fotosession). Bei der Auswahl der Fotos gibt es mindestens 5 verschiedene Hintergründe, auf denen Sie in verschiedenen Situationen und Outfits zu sehen sind (je nachdem, wie viele Outfits Sie mitbringen und tragen möchten). Bei den Porträtfotos handelt es sich hauptsächlich um Halb- und Ganzkörperaufnahmen (ganz wie Sie es wünschen).

2. Um eine Buchung vorzunehmen, muss der gesamte Betrag im Voraus bezahlt werden.

3. Sophia Isabella ist berechtigt, die Leistung durch qualifizierte Mitarbeiter erbringen zu lassen. Es wird vereinbart, dass das Vertragsverhältnis ausschließlich zwischen Ihnen und Sophia Isabella zustande kommt. Im Hinblick auf das oben genannte Fotoshooting werden Termin und Ort eines Fotoshootings im Vorfeld vereinbart.

4. Wir räumen Ihnen das ausschließliche Nutzungsrecht an den Fotos ein.

5. Sollte ein Fototermin aus Gründen, die wir zu vertreten haben, nicht zustande kommen, haben Sie die Wahl, den Termin zu verschieben oder Ihre Anzahlung zurückzuerhalten. Wird ein bereits vereinbarter Termin aus Gründen, die Sie zu vertreten haben, weniger als 48 Stunden vorher abgesagt, wird eine zusätzliche Stornogebühr von 30,00 Euro vereinbart. Sollte das Wetter zu schlecht sein, um das Shooting im Freien stattfinden zu lassen, wird ein neuer Termin ohne zusätzliche Kosten vereinbart.

6. Sofern Sie nicht ausdrücklich etwas anderes wünschen, ist Sophia Isabella berechtigt, die angefertigten Fotos für ihre Werbezwecke (z.B. auf der Internetseite oder auf sozialen Medien) uneingeschränkt zu nutzen, d.h. zu verbreiten und öffentlich zugänglich zu machen.
