Cancellation Policy

In the event that we can't make your requested time slot, we offer two options: you may opt to receive a full refund of your deposit or reschedule for a more suitable date. If something comes up on your end, we are happy to reschedule once within a year of your original shooting date. Please note that if an appointment is canceled with less than 72 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50.00 euros will be applied. In the unfortunate event that the weather conditions make it unsuitable to do the photoshoot outdoors, we are happy to reschedule at no extra cost, ensuring optimal conditions for capturing the best photos.
