Why am I the number 1 Tinder Photographer in Europe & the US? Besides the fact that I am one of the first ones, I have extensive experience optimizing the online dating profiles of single men across Europe & the US and taking their Tinder photos. I have seen it all – the good, the bad & the ugly.
It all started in the summer of 2017. A very good looking friend of mine came to me because he wasn’t getting any matches on Tinder. At first, I couldn’t understand. This guy was tall, hot and quite successful with women in real life (one of those pick up artistry followers). But when he showed me his profile and I saw his photos, it all became clear: his photos sucked.
His profile photo was blurry and while he didn’t look super bad, his Justin Timberlake like style certainly did not come across one bit. So I decided to help him. Luckily I recently had learned photography, ironically, by dating a photographer I met on Tinder.
My friend and I made our way to find good spots for photos. I was on holiday in Berlin at the time and we ended up going to Tempelhofer Feld. There, on a midsummers day right before sundown, we took the perfect profile photo. With a white v-neck shirt and grey Superdry hoodie, his arms crossed in front of his chest and the last sun rays in the back – he did not just look hot, but oh so casual.
One week later he got back to me and said he went from having zero matches to 30 matches in a day.
And thus the dating photographer was born.
