Cancellation Policy

We kindly request the full amount to be paid prior to the photo shoot, ensuring a smooth experience for both parties. In the event that we can't make your requested time slot, we offer two options: you may opt to receive a full refund of your deposit or reschedule for a more suitable date. If something comes up on your end, we are happy to reschedule once within a year of your original shooting date. Please note that if an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 30.00 euros will be applied. Should you require an additional 30 minutes of shooting time, an additional fee of 50 € will be applicable. In the unfortunate event that the weather conditions make it unsuitable to do the photo shoot outdoors, we are happy to reschedule at no extra cost, ensuring optimal conditions for capturing the best photos.
